Job Profile:
Entails excellent understanding of  Health Information Systems and work flow.  Communication skills leading to successful implementations of each module in the clinical environment in turn forming the complete HIS package.
Education Qualifications: Graduate/Post-graduate in Science/Engineering

Key performance indicators:
:: Analysis of different modules of an overall HIS.
:: Analyze implementation within pre-determined commitments in terms of scope and functionality of each module.
:: Experience in process work flow and integration
:: Exceptionally strong in understanding complete HIS
Work Experience:
:: Minimum five years’ experience having delivered at least one or two successful HIS systems.
:: Conversant with the current ICD 10, HL 7, CPT, SNOMED, DICOM standards and complete understanding of the process of care delivery in the Healthcare spectrum
:: Experience in analyzing an international class HIS system
:: Strong knowledge of different data
:: Should be well versed with resource allocation, configuration management, project planning, system design, development and testing.
:: Strong in Technical design
:: Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Oracle J2EE,.NET, HTML, DHTML, XML, SOAP, JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic, Visual Basic, RDBMS, CORBA, COM/DCOM
:: Experience in architecting healthcare applications is highly desirable
:: Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
:: Must have understanding of Web based Application and ETL

Job Responsibilities:
:: Responsible for liaising with development team and partners on design, development and implementation of various modules of Healthcare Information Systems
:: Interface with end users on technical aspects
:: Provide technical support in solution design in Pre-sales/Pre-bid stage
:: Reviews other's estimates and points out holes. Assesses how project risks will impact estimates
:: Must work with the client and delivery teams and takes on a 'hands-on' approach to identify and suggest approaches to resolve any technical issues as they arise. Proactively suggests tools and best practices to prevent such issues.

Job Profile:
Entails excellent skills in Oracle RDBMS of latest version by tuning and managing the database environment to perform optimally.
Education Qualifications: Graduate/Post-graduate in Science/Engineering

Key performance indicators:
:: Must be certified Oracle DBA, Manage well defined database architecture standards.
:: Manage implementation within pre-determined commitments in terms of scope, functionality & time frames
:: Managing the Enterprise Database environment.

Work Experience:
:: Minimum four years after Oracle Certification.
:: Must have relevant experience in creating, tuning and managing  UNIX/ORACLE enterprise databases for HIS system
:: Must have thorough experience in Application performance tuning.
:: Must be fully conversant with Oracle RAC and other relevant technology.

Job Responsibilities:

:: Install Oracle Database, configure, tuning Unix Environment.
:: Write various scripts for automation of backup and other various processes.
:: Monitor and maintain disks spaces and make sure the availability of Database is 24x7
:: Creating and managing various tables as required.
:: Must be able to manage Oracle RAC and other relevant technology.
:: Must be able to Application Tuning
