Services Company is the only ID
card issuing corporate entity in GCC and second largest ID card
issuer in Kuwait after the Government itself. PSC has a 5-year
BOT project to issue the National Health Insurance Card (NHIC)
on behalf of the Ministry of Health (MOH) with more than One
million cards per year and to manage billing activities.
Unlike other card issuing activities in Kuwait, PSC issues
health cards online and within few minutes from receiving the
request. PSC operates and manages thirteen issue and immigration
centers and, three years into the project, PSC has gathered
unique and extensive expertise in the card issuing business.
This covers a wide spectrum of activities including large-scale
Unix servers administration, software applications, low level
programming interfaces, databases, wireless and fiber optical
wide area networking, maintenance and trouble shooting, business
process design, support, 24 x 7 network management center,
accounting, logistics, manpower administration, computer
operations, Help Desk support and Call Center management.
